Abstract

This article aims to identify and describe the management of educators and education personnel at SMA Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar PK Kartasura. The management of educators and education personnel includes: 1) recruitment and selection of school employees; 2) training programs, development, and performance assessment of school employees; 3) Promotion, transfer, and separation programs for school employees. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research used Field Research technique. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model. The results showed that the recruitment process was carried out based on the needs coordinated with the Muhammadiyah Basic Education Council. The recruitment process has a clear policy basis and SOP. The development of educators and education personnel is the main task of the Human Resource Development (HRD) field and the principal by conducting routine activities including: 1) In House Training; 2) workshops or external training; 3) leadership meetings; 4) morning roll call; 5) teacher coordination meetings; 6) reward and punishment; 7) supervision activities; 8) payment of salaries and allowances. The determination of promotion, transfer, and separation programs is the authority of the Muhammadiyah Education and Training Council
