Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana Untuk Efektivitas Pembelajaran di PAUD Harapan Ibu

The importance of careful planning in managing educational facilities and infrastructure includes evaluating needs, providing sufficient budget and deploying appropriate resources. Cooperation between staff, students, parents, and other relevant parties can help in identifying problems, planning solutions, and performing maintenance together. This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving learning effectiveness at PAUD Harapan Ibu. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with information collection techniques through in-depth interviews with some masters and direct observation to the research location. The information obtained was analyzed using thematic analysis. The results show that good management of facilities and infrastructure, such as the availability of teaching aids and comfortable learning spaces, significantly contributes to increasing student motivation and engagement in the learning process. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of effective management in improving the quality of education services.
